This large six bedroom luxury home in the well sought after suburb of Wickersley is currently under construction and due to be completed in 2017.
A main objective for this project was that the design had to be modern, contemporary and large whilst enhancing the traditional street scene setting in which smaller dwellings predominate.
A key client request for this project was to create open plan living spaces and deliver a ‘wow’ factor. The open rear elevation and a series of dramatic cantilevered first floor areas help to meet these requirements. In addition to the living accommodation the house also contains; a cinema room, a wine cellar, an underground garage able to accommodate 6 cars and a multitude of renewable energy sources that will dramatically reduce the life time running costs of the building.
