A large six bedroom luxury home in the well sought after suburb of Wickersley.
The main objective for this project was that the design had to be modern, contemporary and large whilst enhancing the traditional street scene setting in which smaller dwellings predominate.
A key client request for this project was to create open plan living spaces and deliver a ‘wow’ factor. The open rear elevation and a series of dramatic cantilevered first floor areas help to meet these requirements. In addition to the living accommodation the house also contains; a cinema room, a wine cellar, an underground garage able to accommodate 6 cars and a multitude of renewable energy sources that will dramatically reduce the life time running costs of the building.
