The Northern Design Awards recognise excellence in design in this part of the country and are judged by some of the best in the business, making it a real honour to be in the running.

We are delighted that our 'Glassworks' project has been shortlisted in the Best Self-Build For Under £250k. A fantastic project that shows you don't need a huge budget to create a special self build home.
Glassworks is a small two-family self-build house development in Kelham Island. Built on the site of a former glassworks, the project made use of a brownfield site to contribute to this most sought-after neighbourhood. The houses are of modern design with echoes of international influence and drawing from the local heritage which shapes its immediate surroundings.
